Dates, the place, who's coming. Flights, meals, reservations, packing lists, who's bringing the cooler — everyone adds their own, so nobody has to chase.

Group trips with the dates, the details, and who’s owed what — all in one place.
The lake week. The ski house. The trek halfway around the world. The family reunion nobody wanted to organize.
Free to sign up, and your first three trips are free.

Dates, the place, who's coming. Flights, meals, reservations, packing lists, who's bringing the cooler — everyone adds their own, so nobody has to chase.

Log what you paid as it happens — snap the receipt if you want it on record. TallyBob splits it and remembers.

At the end, nobody does the math. TallyBob shows the shortest way to get everyone paid back, and everyone sees exactly who to pay.
Everyone enters what they paid for as they go — the groceries, the boat, the one big dinner. At the end TallyBob nets it down to a single figure between each pair of you, and tells each person exactly who to pay and how much.
6 people · 23 expenses
3 payments and everyone’s square.
TallyBob never touches your money.
It keeps the tally, nothing more. You pay each other the way you already do — Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Cash or cash. TallyBob never holds, sends or collects a payment, and never asks for your bank details.
Free to sign up, and your first three trips are free.
Those three are a real trial — the whole app, receipts through settle-up, nothing switched off. A paid trip is exactly the same.
After that, each new trip is a one-time $9.99 — no subscription.
Joining someone else's trip is always free. The person who creates the trip pays, and they can split that fee with the travelers like any other expense or cover it themselves.

Signing up is free, and so are your first three trips — the whole app, no limits on people, expenses or photos.
After that, each new trip you create is a one-time $9.99. There's no subscription, nothing renews, and a trip you've already paid for is never charged again.
Once it's paid you can split that fee with everyone on the trip like any other expense, or cover it yourself. Your call, on the trip's Settle Up screen.
Yes, and this is normal — most trips have a few people who never sign up.
Add them to Travelers by name. You can log what they spent, split expenses with them, and settle up with them without them ever creating an account.
If you do want them in, the trip's admin can send them an invite link from Travelers — and anyone on the trip can send them a settle-up link from Settle Up. Either one lets them sign up and claim their spot, and everything already recorded for them comes with it.
No. TallyBob never holds, sends or collects the money you owe each other.
It records what everyone says they paid, works out the splits, and tells everyone who's owed what. The actual paying happens between the two of you — Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Cash or cash — outside the app.
TallyBob never asks for your bank details, because it never needs them.
Every expense is split across the people you pick — evenly by default, or by percent or exact amounts. Tap the “Who paid, who's in” row on the expense and choose Even, Percent or Exact.
At the end, TallyBob adds up everything each person paid and everything they owe, then nets it down to a single figure between each pair of you — so you settle up once with each person instead of once per expense. That's what the Settle Up screen shows.
The math is always exact. A bill that won't divide evenly has its leftover pennies handed out one at a time, so the split always adds up to the bill exactly.
Settle Up shows who's owed what, and how much. On a row where you owe someone, tap Pay to see how they’d like it — Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal or Apple Cash. Venmo, Cash App and PayPal open straight from there; Zelle and Apple Cash have no link, so it copies their details for you to send.
You can add your own payment handles on your Account screen, so people don't have to ask.
When money changes hands, record it in the app. Either person can. When the person who owed records it, the one being paid gets an email, so nobody is left wondering whether it landed.
No, and you don't need it to be. TallyBob runs in your phone's browser, and it's built to work exactly like an app.
Open tallybob.com on your phone, then look for “Add to Home Screen” in your browser's menu — usually behind the share icon or the three dots.
It gets its own icon, opens full screen with no address bar, and works the same as anything you'd download — without taking up space or needing updates.
The trip ends. Everyone knows who’s owed what.
