Support

Last updated 3 September 2026

TallyBob is a small operation, and email reaches a person rather than a queue. Write to support@tallybob.com and you’ll get a reply, usually within a day or two.

What helps us help you

If something went wrong, the trip name and roughly when it happened are usually enough to find it. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.

Already signed in?

There’s an Ask Bob page inside the app with answers to the questions that come up most, and a box to send a new one. It reaches the same person as the address above.

Getting something taken off a trip

Most of the time you don’t need us. The trip admin can remove any photo or video on their trip, and so can whoever added it — so an unflattering picture is one message to a friend, not a support case.

Write to support@tallybob.com when that isn’t the right route: it’s something worse than awkward, or the admin is the person who put it there. Include the trip name. Trips are private and we don’t browse them, so a message from somebody on the trip is genuinely the only way we find out anything is wrong. The terms say what is never allowed.

Billing

Your first three trips are free. After that each new trip is a one-time $9.99 — there’s no subscription, and nobody but the person who made the trip is ever charged. If a payment went through and the trip didn’t open, email us and we’ll sort it out the same day — see refunds.
